Terms of Use

Version 2026-09-25

In short

In one sentence: Cavengo is a meeting point between people who travel and people who offer travel — it is not the agency and not the guide. The travel contract is between you and whoever offers it; we answer for the platform. You must be 18 or older, tell the truth in what you publish, and not use the platform to deceive anyone.

1. Who we are

The Cavengo platform is operated by ADRIANO CAVALCANTI SERVICOS LTDA, registered under 35.095.378/0001-09, with its registered office at R. São Ludgero, 79, Centro, Rio do Sul - SC, CEP 89160-061, Brasil. For matters relating to these Terms, write to privacy@cavengo.com.

These Terms govern the use of cavengo.com and all of its pages and services. By creating an account, you declare that you have read and accepted this text, version 2026-09-25.

2. What the platform does — and what it does not

Cavengo brings together participants in a single travel ecosystem: travellers, agencies, guides, influencers and commercial partners. It lets each of them publish a public page, be found, talk and record agreements.

Cavengo does NOT sell trips, does not organise itineraries, does not employ guides and does not act as a travel agency. When you close a trip, a service or a partnership with another participant, the contract is between the two of you, on the price, conditions and guarantees you agree on.

That has a practical consequence you need to understand before using the platform: cancellation, refund, delay, itinerary changes and service quality are the responsibility of whoever provided the service, not of Cavengo.

Cavengo does not verify the identity, documents, licences, professional registrations, insurance or authorisations of anyone who publishes, and does not ask for or store documents for that purpose. Each agency, guide, influencer and partner is solely responsible for holding the licences and following the rules required where they operate.

Badges, reviews and figures shown on the platform describe facts recorded on it — for example, that a guide is connected to an agency. They are not a certification, a quality guarantee or a recommendation by Cavengo. Before booking, check the information directly with whoever offers the service.

3. Your account

To create an account you must be at least 18 years old and provide truthful information. An account created with a false age or identity may be closed as soon as that is found.

Your password never reaches our servers: it is transformed inside your own browser before being sent, and we store only a verifier derived from it. That protects you, but it also means we cannot recover your password — only reset it.

You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password under My Account and write to support@cavengo.com.

4. Public pages and moderation

Everyone who signs up starts as a traveller and has no public page. When you enable an agency, partner, influencer or guide facet, you gain a page visible to anyone on the internet, carrying what you publish yourself: name, photo, description, languages, specialities and contact details.

A new public page goes through moderation before it appears. We may refuse or unpublish a page that carries false information, illegal content, third-party material used without permission, or a promise the platform cannot support.

You remain the owner of what you publish. By publishing, you authorise us to display that content on the platform's pages and in the platform's own promotion, for as long as the publication exists.

By enabling a public page, you declare that the information published is true and that you hold the licences, registrations and authorisations required to operate where you offer your services. That declaration is recorded with the date, the language and the version of these Terms.

5. Reports and moderation

Anyone with an account can report a public page or a trip through the “Report this page” link. The report goes to the Cavengo moderation team, and the reported party does not see who reported them.

Where people are at risk or there is strong evidence of fraud, the page may be unpublished immediately. In other cases, whenever possible, we notify the party responsible and give them the chance to correct it before acting.

Every moderation decision is recorded with its date and reason. Anyone who disagrees may request a review at support@cavengo.com, explaining why.

Moderation is not verification or a guarantee: a page that has never been reported or unpublished is not, for that reason, recommended by Cavengo.

Decisions are made by the Cavengo moderation team. The grounds for unpublishing a page, rejecting a review or blocking an account are:

  • false or misleading information;
  • scams, improper charges or attempted fraud;
  • illegal activity or activity that puts people at risk;
  • offensive or inappropriate content, or third-party content used without permission;
  • any other breach of these Terms.

6. Reviews

Reviewing on Cavengo is deliberately not open to everyone: to review a trip you need that trip's code, handed to you by whoever ran it, and you must attach a photo. Without both, the review is not accepted.

The photo you send appears on the public page of the person or company reviewed, next to the review. Do not send a photo of another person without their knowledge, or an image you have no rights over.

Inventing an experience that never happened, reviewing yourself through someone else, or trading a review for an advantage are grounds for removing the content and closing the account.

7. Prohibited conduct

When using the platform, you agree not to:

  • publish false information about who you are, what you offer or what you have done;
  • harvest other participants' data for use outside the platform, including by automated scraping;
  • use the platform to propose, broker or carry out any illegal activity, including sexual exploitation, trafficking in people or goods, and evasion of immigration controls;
  • attempt to bypass moderation, technical limits or the system's security mechanisms;
  • harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone, inside or outside platform messages.

8. Commercial agreements between participants

The platform provides tools for each participant to record their contacts, their negotiation pipeline and what they agreed with each partner. Those notes are private to whoever wrote them and are not shown to the other side.

Cavengo records what you write down; it does not arbitrate the deal. If two participants disagree over a commission, a percentage or an agreement, it is for them to settle, or for whichever route they choose to resolve it.

9. Suspension and closure

You may close your account whenever you want. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, puts other participants at risk, or that the law requires us to stop.

Once an account is closed, whatever must be kept by legal obligation or as proof of consent stays stored for the periods described in the Privacy Policy. The rest is deleted.

10. Limits of liability

The platform is offered as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or freedom from faults.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cavengo is not liable for loss arising from an agreement made between participants, from content published by a participant, or from temporary unavailability of the service.

Nothing in this clause removes rights that the law of your country grants and does not allow to be removed, including consumer rights.

Cavengo is also not liable for the accuracy of what participants publish, for the existence of the licences they declare, or for their conduct, on or off the platform.

11. Changes to this text

This text is versioned. The current version is 2026-09-25. When the content changes materially, we publish the new version and notify account holders — and, where the change requires it, we ask for acceptance again.

We keep a record of which version you accepted, when and in which language. That is how we can say, later, exactly what you agreed to.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brasil, and the courts of Brasil are chosen to settle disputes, without prejudice to a consumer's right to sue in the courts of their own domicile.
